Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fonderis.com and the Fonderis application (the "Service"), operated by Zyndix MB ("Fonderis", "we", "us"), company code 307427011, registered at J. Jasinskio g. 16B, 03163 Vilnius, Lithuania. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Fonderis helps you discover Lithuanian and EU grant opportunities, estimates how well your company fits them, and helps you draft application content. Fonderis is an information and productivity tool. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee that you will qualify for, be awarded, or receive any grant or funding.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old (or otherwise have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your organisation). You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

The Service offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Agency). Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. Where a free trial is offered, you may be charged when it ends unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable prior notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; scrape, copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it; upload infringing, harmful, or unlawful content; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or use it to build a competing product.

5. AI-generated content

Match results, eligibility scores, and drafted application content are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Grant details may change at their source. You are responsible for verifying all information against official sources and for the accuracy and content of any application you submit.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Zyndix MB and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that grant information is accurate or current, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that using it will result in any funding outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyndix MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or funding opportunities. Our total liability arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lithuania.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new date; continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
